What is a Careers Hub?
Careers Hubs are a central part of the government’s Careers Strategy and Statutory Guidance for School Leaders. The aim is to help all secondary schools and colleges implement high quality careers guidance to help young people make more informed decisions around their future choices.
Their team of Enterprise Coordinators (two of which are match funded by ThinkHigher) work across Coventry and Warwickshire to connect business and education.
The team match an Enterprise Adviser (EA) with one of the 76 secondary schools or colleges in the hub, to support a careers leader with the implementation of the eight Gatsby Benchmarks.
